Web analytics is opt-in. Korve does not collect a page view until application code initializes the
browser SDK.
@korve-dev/analytics is release-ready in the repository but is not yet available from the public
npm registry. Do not add it as an npm dependency until anonymous registry installation succeeds.
createAnalytics() call sends the initial page view and follows History API and
popstate navigation. Use createAnalytics({ trackPageViews: false }) when a framework integration
will call analytics.pageview() itself.
The SDK sends bounded JSON to a same-origin Korve collection API. It needs no API key and stores no
cookie. It removes query strings and fragments from paths and sends only the origin of the document
referrer. It stops collection when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Known bots
are removed at the edge.
Event names can contain letters, numbers, _, ., :, or - and can be up to 64 characters.
Each event can include up to 16 scalar properties. Do not send personal data, secrets, or payment
data in paths, event names, or properties.
